Relief for Chronic Illnesses Linked to Allergies Now Available through Agreement with Three Rivers Provider Network

Fort Lauderdale, FL — December 17, 2009 — Immuno Laboratories, a leading provider of food and environmental allergy testing services, announced today an agreement with Three Rivers Provider Network (TRPN), the largest and fastest growing proprietary Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) network in the United States. The agreement names Immuno Laboratories as a participating provider of its Bloodprint™ food and environmental allergy testing services for the TRPN network that is comprised of more than 550,000 total providers, including greater than 5,000 hospitals and 70,000 ancillary facilities.

“It's gratifying to see a national network provider recognize the importance of reducing chronic illness which is a primary driver of health care costs in this country,” notes Jeffrey Zavik, Founder and CEO of Immuno Laboratories. Of the $2.2 trillion spend on health care in 2007, $1.65 trillion was spent on chronic diseases. “Our agreement with TRPN is a win-win for the consumer and the provider companies since it provides an opportunity to reduce chronic illnesses that may be caused by allergies — and at a reduced cost. The patient incurs no out-of-pocket costs. It also lays the groundwork for companies to consider worksite health promotion or wellness programs to further reduce corporate health care costs,” Zavik added.

This is the third and largest network provider agreement Immuno Laboratories has signed with a U.S. insurer. Together, these network agreements enable approximately 34 million people to have coverage for the IgG Bloodprint test which has been helping people “Eat Well, Feel Well and Live Well” for more than 30 years and offers a strong satisfaction guarantee. Administered under the direction of a physician, this simple blood test can help identify food and environmental allergies and intolerances that may be the cause of inflammation causing chronic conditions such as arthritis, attention deficit disorders, fibromyalgia, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, migraine headaches, otitis media and more.

Based on a highly respected technique called the IgG Enzyme Linked Immunosorbant Assay (ELISA), the Bloodprint test can identify over 154 ‘trigger' foods causing intolerances that need to be eliminated from the diet for 90 days. Within 72 hours, comprehensive test results are provided in a package that includes a report detailing the detected hidden food allergies along with a personal wallet-size reference card; a wide list of foods that can be enjoyed; recommended meal plans; helpful shopping hints; DVDs; and recipes. Online patient support is also available to ensure compliance.
